We are a small family-run business. There is no call centre — a real person reads every message and will normally reply within one business day.
What we sell
Motorcycle and track-day gear: made-to-order apparel, fuel jugs and accessories, tie-down straps, paddock canopies, and aftermarket parts for Ducati motorcycles.
We are an authorised Tuff Jug dealer. Other brands we stock are carried as a retailer, not as a manufacturer or authorised representative, unless the product page says otherwise.
Our policies
Product information and fitment
We describe parts as accurately as we can, using the information our suppliers give us. Fitment varies between model years and trim levels, and it is the buyer's responsibility to confirm a part suits their exact motorcycle before ordering. If you are not certain, email us before you buy — we would rather spend five minutes checking than have you fit the wrong part.
Aftermarket parts are not manufactured by Ducati and are not OEM parts unless explicitly stated. Fitting aftermarket parts may affect your manufacturer warranty. Some parts are intended for closed-course or track use and may not be legal for road use in your jurisdiction — checking that is the buyer's responsibility.
Riding is dangerous
Motorcycling and track riding carry inherent risk. Nothing we sell, write, film or publish is a substitute for proper instruction, correct installation by a competent person, and your own judgement. Anything torque-critical or load-bearing should be fitted and checked by someone qualified to do it.
Trademarks
Ducati is a registered trademark of Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A. Tuff Jug, Chicco and all other brand and product names are the trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A. References to Ducati models are made solely to describe the motorcycles our products fit.
Content and affiliate disclosure
The Ducati Dads publishes video and written content alongside this shop. Some links in that content are affiliate links, and some brands sponsor the channel. Where that is the case we say so on the page or in the video description. Being a sponsor or affiliate does not change what we say about a product.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email ridewithus@theducatidads.com and give us the chance to put it right before going anywhere else. We read everything and we would rather fix it directly.
