Shipping policy
What shipping costs, and how long it takes, depends on what you ordered and where you are. Rates are calculated at checkout once you enter your address — there are no surprises added afterwards.
Where we ship
Apparel — t-shirts, hoodies and base layers — ships worldwide.
Everything else — fuel jugs, tie-down straps, canopies, bags and Ducati parts — currently ships within the United States only. If you're outside the US and want one of these, email us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can get it to you and what it would cost.
What it costs
Flat rates, shown at checkout before you pay. As a guide:
- US — apparel: from $4.95, depending on the garment
- US — fuel jugs and jug accessories: $6.99 to $16.99, by weight
- US — parts, straps, canopies and other gear: $8.00 standard, or $15.00 express
- International apparel: from $4.59, depending on destination
We don't offer free shipping at the moment. We'd rather charge what it actually costs to get the item to you than build it into the product price.
How long it takes
Apparel — made to order
Nothing is printed until you order it, so there's a production step before anything ships. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days, then transit on top of that.
For a real example rather than a guess: our most recent US apparel order took six days to leave the printer and six days in transit — about twelve days door to door. International orders take longer. If you need something for a specific race weekend, order well ahead, and email us if you're cutting it fine.
Tuff Jug fuel jugs and accessories
We are a Tuff Jug dealer and we hold this stock ourselves. Jugs, spouts and adapter kits are packed and labelled here, usually shipping within 1 to 2 business days.
Parts and other gear
Race parts and most other gear are ordered in for you rather than sitting on a shelf here, and some come from overseas suppliers. Lead times vary.
We'll email you an expected window once your order is placed, and tracking as soon as it ships. If something is going to take unusually long, we'll tell you before it goes any further and you can cancel for a full refund at that point. We would rather lose the sale than leave you wondering where your part is.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating — a number that shows nothing on day one is normal and usually means the label is printed but the parcel hasn't been scanned yet.
Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel, from more than one place, on different days. That isn't a problem with your order — apparel and parts come from different facilities.
Check your address
Please double-check your shipping address before you pay. We can usually correct it if you email us quickly, but once an order is with the printer or supplier we often can't change it. Parcels returned to sender because of a wrong or incomplete address can be reshipped, but you'd cover the second shipping charge.
If a parcel goes missing or gets damaged
If tracking has stalled for more than a week, or a parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number. Photograph obvious damage before opening if you can — it makes the carrier claim far easier for both of us. We'll chase the carrier, and if it can't be resolved we'll replace or refund the order under our refund policy.
International orders, customs and duties
Prices at checkout don't include import duties, taxes or customs fees. Those are set by your country, charged on arrival, and are the buyer's responsibility. We can't predict them or refund them, and we can't mark parcels as gifts or declare a lower value.
