Retractable Ratchet Tie-Down Straps — 1" x 10 ft, 4 Pack with Soft Loops
The long version. Four retractable ratchet straps for when six feet doesn't reach.
The retract mechanism is the whole point. Press the latch and the webbing pulls itself back in — no winding it around your hand, no loose tail flapping in the wind on the drive home. When you're breaking down a paddock spot in the rain at the end of a long day, that difference is real.
What you get
- 4 retractable ratchet straps, 1" x 10 ft
- 4 soft loops for anchor points that won't chew up paint or powder coat
- Vinyl-coated S-hooks
- Zinc-plated carbon steel ratchet, polyester webbing
Ratings
400 lb working load limit per strap · 1,200 lb break strength, as rated by the manufacturer. Four straps gives you 1,600 lb of aggregate working load.
Hauling a bike
Ten feet is the length that reaches across a full-size bed or a wide trailer without fighting you. Common guidance for motorcycle transport is four straps with aggregate working load comfortably above the weight of the bike — run the numbers for your bike and your setup. Use the soft loops around the bars or triples rather than hooking bare metal, compress the front suspension enough that the bike can't rebound loose, and check tension at your first fuel stop.
Which length do I want?
Ten feet is the one that reaches — across a trailer bed, over a bike, or around an awkward anchor point. For strapping canopy legs to filled buckets, the 6 ft is plenty and packs smaller.
Working load limit is the number that matters, not break strength. Never exceed it, and inspect webbing, stitching and hardware before every use.
